Are Chipolos packed separately?
Yes. Each Chipolo is packed in its own box and can be gifted and used separately by different people. For example, if a gift pack has 4 Chipolos in it that means you will be getting 4 separate boxes of Chipolos that you can give to 4 different forgetful people.
Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, no. The Chipolos are not always sent out from our headquarters, but from a warehouse closest to your location, to cut down on the shipping time. Because of that it is impossible for us to offer gift wrapping on the Chipolos you order as a gift.
If gift wrapping is not your thing, you can add a Chipolo Confetti gift pouch to your order. Just slip one Chipolo box in there, close the flap and add a personal message on the back. No gift wrapping necessary!
Is Chipolo a good gift for someone who loses their phone?
Yes. Regular Chipolo ONE and CARD item finders work both ways, so they will be able to use their Chipolo Bluetooth tracker to make their misplaced phone ring when it’s hiding nearby.
What is the difference between a regular Chipolo finder, Chipolo Spot and Chipolo Point?
Chipolo finders are available in 3 different versions:
The regular Chipolo ONE key finder and Chipolo CARD wallet finders work with the Chipolo app on both iOS and Android devices. They are compatible with devices running iOS 14 and later, and devices running Android 9 and later.
Chipolo ONE Spot and Chipolo CARD Spot finders work with the Apple Find My app and can only be used on iOS devices like iPhone and iPad. They are compatible with iOS devices running 14.5 or later.
Chipolo ONE Point and Chipolo CARD Point finders work with Google’s Find My Device app and can only be used on Android devices. They are compatible with Android devices running 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Chipolos you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned in good condition. If all these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
Chipolo reserves the right to decline a refund for orders that are returned past the 30-day return period and are not subject to our 2-year warranty.
Chipolo does not cover any return shipping fees.
