Chipolo is a story about how a passion project by a group of friends turned into something we all believe in and even better - you believe in it too! The story may not be unique or even the first of its kind, but to us, it’s like no other because it is ours.

They say necessity is the mother of invention and Chipolo is no exception. How many times have you misplaced your phone, your wallet or your keys? Are you like Domen, one of the Chipolo co-founders, who was constantly late meeting his friends, because he could never find his keys, phone, wallet, and sometimes even his whole backpack? His running late gave the others plenty of time to come up with ideas that could help. Most were just jokes to help pass the time, but one turned out to be just what was needed.

Ever hear anyone say, “There is no such thing as a bad idea”? There might be something to it since it was these on-the-spot brainstorming sessions they brought on the Chipolo. It turned out misplacing your belongings is actually a common problem and what first started as something for a group of friends to enjoy quickly became a successful project on Kickstarter and grew into what we are all part of today.

What is it exactly that we are a part of?

We’re a community, and what’s more, we’re a family. And we all care about each and every member and your belongings too! Everyone is welcome and we promise we’ll do our best to keep you happy and in possession of all your things, big or small.
