The Chipolo brand is recognized as one of the leading brands in the item finders market and has received numerous awards, such as the CES 2019 Innovation award and Paris DNA award for rebranding. We are collaborating with some of the largest companies, such as Google, Apple, Samsung, Huawei. We sell our products in 195 countries around the world, through established retail chains (e.g., Best Buy), Amazon and our own online store. In the last two years we launched one of the first third party products in the world that work with the Apple Find My network.

Who do we see in our team?
We are looking for someone that has a growth mindset, a customer-centric approach and great understanding of Amazon. A highly motivated and ambitious candidate with at least 2+ years of experience in managing Amazon marketplaces and Amazon ads.
What you’ll do:
Own and optimize our presence across all Amazon marketplaces
Plan and manage sales activities and campaign on Amazon ads
Track and present regularly on performance against budget, and ROAS targets
Drive ongoing development and optimization of creative, ad copy, and listing pages that is aligned with the brand's values and culture
Research and conduct A/B test for better visibility and performance, ensuring our products stand out and drive higher sales on Amazon
Review inventory, forecast regularly and send products to Amazon FBA
Drive exceptional customer support on Amazon, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our valued customers
Review main competitors on a regular basis to understand best practices and opportunities
Resolving any platform/accounts issues when they occur
Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and ensure we run a comprehensive online sales program
What we are looking for:
Good knowledge of Amazon marketplaces and Amazon ads
Solid understanding of best practices in supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and logistics
Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills in Slovenian and English. Other languages, especially German, is an additional benefit.
High attention to detail and proactive mindset
Ability to bring a customer/product mindset to your decision-making process
Some experience with other ecommerce platforms (Google ads, Facebook) is a plus

Salary:
Gross salary between €1.900 and €2.600 per month with a yearly award
