Compared to the previous models of Chipolo that were only compatible with one of the apps, Chipolo POP is a more versatile finder that’s compatible with either the Apple Find My app or Google’s Find My Device app. It also offers extra features such as calling your phone in the free Chipolo companion app.

Improved hardware includes an extra loud ring, extended range, IP55-rated dust and water resistance, and recycled materials.

All Chipolo key finders are powered by a replaceable coin battery that lasts up to 12 months.

Chipolo POP works with either Android phones (Google’s Find My Device app) or iPhones (Apple Find My app).

To use your Chipolo POP on an Android phone, your device must be running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.

To use your Chipolo POP on an iPhone, your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later.

The Chipolo companion app with extra features for your Chipolo POP can be installed on both Android phones and iPhones.

No, you only need to download one app to use the main features of Chipolo POP.

If you own an iPhone, you can use the Apple Find My app. If you own an Android phone, you can use Google’s Find My Device app.

Chipolo also offers a third app called the Chipolo app, where you can find extra finding features for your Chipolo POP, but this app is not necessary to make your Chipolo ring or check its last known location on a map.

The Chipolo app is a free companion app that offers additional finding features for your Chipolo POP. While the Apple and Google Find My apps help you find your things, the Chipolo app unlocks a whole new level of finding features, such as:

Call your misplaced phone: To make your phone ring when it’s hiding nearby, simply double-press your Chipolo POP.

Change the ringtone: Choose from a few different ringtones to make it easier to recognize your Chipolo POP's call.

Adjust ringtone volume: Adjust the volume of your Chipolo POP's ring to suit your needs.

Selfie button: Use your Chipolo POP as a remote shutter button for your phone's camera.

Yes. Each Chipolo is packed in its own box and can be used or gifted separately and by different people.

For example, a Chipolo 4 Pack is a pack of four individually boxed Chipolos. You will be getting four separate boxes of Chipolos that can be used by four different forgetful people.

You can return your Chipolos for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving your order.

The order must be returned in good condition and must be packed in the original boxes you received your Chipolos in.

Chipolo does not cover any return shipping fees and reserves the right to decline refunds that are returned past the 30-day return period.
