When our CEO, Primož, first knocked on Secrid’s door, he was looking for a business partnership. But after meeting Secrid’s co-founders, René and Marianne, it was clear we’d found our Dutch doppelgängers. They grow their brand without losing their values, prioritize local production, and keep their team’s heart at the center of it all... just like we do.
The chemistry was so strong we eventually flew our whole team to their HQ to see their workshops and meet their team at home. We shared ideas, explored Amsterdam, and realized over burgers and beer that we were basically long-lost cousins.

The leather does not require any regular maintenance. Since this material prone to absorbing water, we recommend not trying to clean it. If your wallet gets dirty or wet, use a soft cloth to carefully pat it dry.

The cutout in the pocket where you insert your Chipolo CARD exposes CARD's speaker, which makes the ringing volume much louder than in a regular slim wallet – even when the wallet is closed. This makes the wallet easy to find even in loud or crowded places. This wallet also features a debossed design on its back, which highlights CARD's superpowered button. The button allows you to find your phone straight from your wallet with a simple double-press.
CARD comes in separate packaging, so you have to put it into the correct pocket inside the wallet. Insert it into the pocket with the cutout and make sure CARD's speaker faces outwards and is exposed. CARD's button should also match the debossed dent on the back of the wallet.
For the most optimal recharge, take CARD out of the wallet and place it on a Qi wireless charger. CARD will automatically align to the center of the charger and fully recharge in 2 hours. The battery lasts at least 6 months on a single charge. To keep the battery healthy, never let it hit absolute zero and only charge it when needed.
Chipolo CARD works with either iPhones (the Apple Find My app) or Android phones (Find Hub app).
To use your Chipolo CARD on an Android phone, your device must be running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.
To use your Chipolo CARD on an iPhone, your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
If you want to go beyond the basics, we recommend installing the Chipolo app, a free companion app packed with extra features. It works on both iPhones and Android phones, and it allows you to call your phone, take a selfie, change the ringtone of your CARD, and more.
Chipolo CARD works with the Apple Find My app on iPhones or the Find Hub app on Android phones. You can locate your items only with one of these two apps. To customize your settings and get extra features, like Call Your Phone, download the Chipolo companion app.
The Chipolo app is a free companion app that offers additional finding features for your Chipolo CARD. It functions as a settings app. While the Apple Find My app or the Find Hub app on Android help you locate your things, the Chipolo app unlocks free extra features, such as:
Call your misplaced phone: To make your phone ring when it’s hiding nearby, simply double-press the button on your CARD.
Change the ringtone: Choose from a few different ringtones to make it easier to recognize your Chipolo’s call.
Selfie button: Double-press CARD's button to use it as a remote shutter button for your phone's camera.
Out of range alerts for Android devices: Get a reminder you left something behind. *iPhone users can use this feature directly in the Find My app.
Adjust ringtone volume for iPhone users: If your tracker is too loud for you, you can lower its volume in the Chipolo app. *Android users can use this feature directly in the Find Hub app.
