Battery: Both trackers are made with user convenience in mind. LOOP is rechargeable, while POP has a replaceable battery. LOOP’s battery lasts up to 1 year on a single full charge and it can be charged with a USB-C cable. POP runs on a standard coin battery that lasts up to 1 year and is easily replaceable.
Design: POP is known for its vibrant colors and simple circular design with an integrated key hole, while LOOP comes in softer shades and has a signature flexible silicone loop for easy attachment.
Loudness: Both POP and LOOP are loud and make it easy to locate your items. POP reaches 120 dB, while LOOP can go up to 125 dB.
Bluetooth range: POP can reach up to 90 m (300 ft); LOOP has an extended range of 120 m (400 ft) for those who need even more reach.
Water & dust resistance: POP is splash-proof and dust-resistant (IP55), which makes it perfect for everyday use. LOOP is fully waterproof and dust-tight (IP67), so it can withstand immersion in up to 1 m of fresh water for up to 30 minutes, making it an excellent choice for more demanding conditions.

Both trackers are made with the planet in mind and contain at least 50% recycled materials in their shell. The packaging for both is paper-only and FSC-certified, making it fully recyclable.

No. Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD work with one network at a time – either Apple Find My or Find Hub. But don't worry! There are still millions of devices in each network to help you find your items quickly.

To switch between networks, you can reset the tracker by removing it from the current app (and the Chipolo app, too) and then reconnect it on another device. An extra bonus – POP, LOOP, and CARD make a great gift, because you don't have to worry about which device the person you're gifting is using. 

Using both networks simultaneously isn’t possible due to Apple and Google policies and inherent incompatibility between Apple Find My and Find Hub.

Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD work with either iPhones (the Apple Find My app) or Android phones (Find Hub app).

To use your Chipolo POP, LOOP, or CARD on an Android phone, your device must be running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.

To use your Chipolo POP, LOOP, or CARD on an iPhone, your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.

Chipolo LOOP, CARD, and POP work with the Apple Find My app on iPhones or Google’s Find Hub app on Android phones. You can locate your items only with one of these two apps. To customize your settings and get extra features, like Call Your Phone, download the Chipolo companion app.

The Chipolo app is a free companion app that offers additional finding features for your Chipolo CARD. It functions as a settings app. While the Apple Find My app or the Find Hub app on Android help you locate your things, the Chipolo app unlocks free extra features, such as:

Call your misplaced phone: To make your phone ring when it’s hiding nearby, simply double-press the button on your CARD.

Change the ringtone: Choose from a few different ringtones to make it easier to recognize your Chipolo’s call.

Selfie button: Double-press CARD's button to use it as a remote shutter button for your phone's camera.

Out of range alerts for Android devices: Get a reminder you left something behind. *iPhone users can use this feature directly in the Find My app.

Adjust ringtone volume for iPhone users: If your tracker is too loud for you, you can lower its volume in the Chipolo app. *Android users can use this feature directly in the Find Hub app.
