When it comes to lost luggage, even Chipolo partners aren't immune!
I am writing to express my gratitude to Chipolo and the One Spot.
Tonight at 3:30 a.m., a burglar entered our apartment and took several items, including my backpack, which contained my passport, laptop, and other valuables. When we noticed, it was already too late, and the burglar had escaped.
During my call with the police, I remembered putting a One Spot inside my bag. Amazingly, it transmitted the location live to my phone, allowing me to direct the police to the burglar's location. As a result, it took less than 45 minutes from the beginning of the burglary to locate and arrest the perpetrator. We had all our items back within an hour. The whole ordeal was done by 5 a.m. Even the police were amazed by how well the One Spot worked.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your product gave us a lot of comfort during a scary time and spared us a massive amount of uncertainty. You have won customers for life (although I was not planning on getting rid of my device from the beginning).
