FAQ
You can add up to 32 items to Apple Find My, including shared items and accessories, like Chipolo. Google's Find My Device doesn't have a publicly stated limit for the number of Bluetooth devices you can add, but we have successfully tested it with more than 32 Chipolos added.
For the Chipolo app, we recommend adding a maximum of 6 Chipolos if you use an Android device and a maximum of 9 Chipolos if you use an iPhone. We suggest you add only those Chipolos where you need the extra features (like Call Your Phone) the most. Learn more here.
No. Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD work with one network at a time – either Apple Find My or Find Hub. But don't worry! There are still millions of devices in each network to help you find your items quickly.
To switch between networks, you can reset the tracker by removing it from the current app (and the Chipolo app, too) and then reconnect it on another device. An extra bonus – POP, LOOP, and CARD make a great gift, because you don't have to worry about which device the person you're gifting is using.
Using both networks simultaneously isn’t possible due to Apple and Google policies and inherent incompatibility between Apple Find My and Find Hub.
Compared to previous models of Chipolo that were only compatible with one of the apps, Chipolo POP is a more versatile finder that’s compatible with either the Apple Find My app on iPhones or the Find Hub app on Android phones. It also offers extra features such as calling your misplaced phone in the free Chipolo companion app.

The Chipolo app is a free companion app that offers additional finding features for your Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD. It functions as a settings app. While the Apple Find My app or the Find Hub app on Android help you locate your things, the Chipolo app unlocks free extra features, such as:
Call your misplaced phone: To make your phone ring when it’s hiding nearby, simply double-press your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or the button on your CARD.
Change the ringtone: Choose from a few different ringtones to make it easier to recognize your Chipolo’s call.
Selfie button: Double-press your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD to use it as a remote shutter button for your phone's camera.
Out of range alerts for Android devices: Get a reminder you left something behind. *iPhone users can use this feature directly in the Find My app.
Adjust ringtone volume for iPhone users: If your tracker is too loud for you, you can lower its volume in the Chipolo app.
Ring and blink for LOOP and CARD: When you ring your tracker, their charging light will blink, helping you find your item even in the dark.
Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD work with either iPhones (the Apple Find My app) or Android phones (Find Hub app).

No, you only need one app to use Chipolo POP, LOOP, or CARD. If you own an iPhone, simply add the tracker to the native Apple Find My app. If you own an Android phone, add it to the Find Hub app. This app is not pre-installed on all Android phones, so you might need to download it first.

Yes. Each Chipolo is packed in its own box and can be used or gifted separately and by different people.
For example, a Paquete de 4 Chipolo is a pack of four individually boxed Chipolos. You will be getting four separate boxes of Chipolos that can be used by four different forgetful people.
You can return your Chipolos for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving your order.
The order must be returned in good condition and must be packed in the original boxes you received your Chipolos in.
Chipolo does not cover any return shipping fees and reserves the right to decline refunds that are returned past the 30-day return period.

A common, easily replaceable coin battery is used. We use and recommend Duracell batteries with bitter coating to deter ingestion, especially by children and animals.
