Luke, our amazing retail partner from South Korea, experienced the frustration of misplaced bags firsthand during his trip to IFA, Europe’s largest consumer and electronics show in Berlin.

You'd think he'd be the last person to have a luggage mishap, right? It turns out lost luggage happens even to the best of them!

His suitcase took an unexpected detour on his connecting flight through Warsaw, leaving him stranded in Berlin without his belongings. He was left scrambling for essentials and had to do an unplanned shopping trip for a whole new outfit just to make it through the show.
The good news is that his luggage was found and returned to him in a few days, just in time for his flight back to Seoul. And this time, he won't have to worry about his bags going astray; we made sure he left the Chipolo booth with a brand-new luggage tracker!
