Work Details & Assignments:

  • Preparation and implementation of the sales plan for relevant Chipolo segments

  • Implementation of sales activities for relevant segments

  • Finding new sales channels and opportunities

  • Consulting and communicating with existing and potential clients

  • Co-creating sales strategies and new Chipolo solutions and products

  • Preparing regular reviews of markets, competition, and trends in the field

  • Preparing promotional activities for relevant segments

  • Miscellaneous related tasks appointed by management

  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives

  • Visiting partners in North America and meeting them at tradeshows

  • Retail experience is of benefit (Distribution, Stores, Brand)

  • Understanding and tracking of Profit and Loss

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (min level VI) and 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the B2B segment with a proven track record

  • Great affinity for and an advanced knowledge of technology (IoT, computers, gadgets, etc.)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques

  • Advanced knowledge of English and additional languages are welcome

  • Strong communication skills with a goal-oriented mindset

  • An advanced strategic approach to work, great organizational skills, the ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple partners and clients, the ability to define and analyze metrics to inform the success of activities

  • Basic knowledge of lean tools for developing business models and ideas such as BMC, VPC (lean mindset)

  • Computer literacy (CRM - Pipedrive, MS Office, Google tools, ...)

  • AI - knowledge of making work smarter and more efficient is a plus

Type of employment:

Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.

Salary:

Starting gross salary between 2500 € and 3100 € per month, depending on experience.
