Owners of Lost & Found Labels can use this service only to communicate with the finders of their lost items with a Lost & Found Label attached that is registered to the owner’s Chipolo account. Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted in this terms and conditions. We may suspend or stop providing our Service to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.
To protect your Chipolo account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Chipolo Account. Try not to reuse your Chipolo account password on third-party applications.
You are not allowed to use Service to send spam or scam users.
Be careful what personal data you share by using Service. You are solely responsible for your content.
You are not allowed to promote violence or perform any criminal activities.
You are not allowed to post illegal pornographic content or any other illegal content.
You are not allowed to use the Service for any payment service.
You are not allowed to upload videos, music or anything else that's copyrighted by other people.
Wereserve the right to update these Terms of Service later.
Chipolo’sPrivacy policyapplies to the use of the Service.
Citizensof EU countries and the United Kingdom must be at least 16 years oldto sign up.
Weprovide our Service using a commercially reasonable level of skilland care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there arecertain things that we don’t promise about our Service.

Wemay modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to aService to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to ourServices. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post noticeof modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice ofmodified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will notapply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteendays after they are posted.
