Compared to previous models of our wallet trackers, CARD not only has a streamlined design, but it’s also rechargeable, universally compatible with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub, has an extended range, improved water and dust resistance, and is made with recycled materials.

Rechargeable battery: CARD offers the convenience of Qi wireless charging. Compared to previous versions of CARD with a non-replaceable battery, this means a longer product lifespan and a better user experience, while also keeping the planet in mind.
Universal compatibility: Previous models were compatible with only one app: Apple Find My, Google’s Find Hub, or the Chipolo app. The new CARD gives you the freedom of universal compatibility with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub (one network at a time), and it comes with extra features, like Call Your Phone and Out of Range Alerts, which you can turn on in the free Chipolo companion app.
Improved Bluetooth range: Now up to 120 m (400 ft), compared to 60 m (200 ft) in previous models.
Water & dust resistance: The new CARD can withstand immersion in up to 1 m of fresh water for up to 30 minutes and is dust-tight (IP67). Previous models were only water resistant and rated IPX5.
Streamlined design: The new CARD has a smooth, streamlined, and intentional design. Its superpowered button is highlighted with a glossy finish and clicks when you press it, improving the user experience even further.

Extra features are now available on all devices via the Chipolo app. The main app for using CARD is either Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub, but you can turn on extra finding features via the free Chipolo companion app (call your phone, change CARD’s ringtone, out of range alerts for Android users, and more).

No, you only need one app to use Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD. If you own an iPhone, simply add the tracker to the native Apple Find My app. If you own an Android phone, add it to the Find Hub app. This app is not pre-installed on all Android phones, so you might need to download it first.

If you want to go beyond the basics, we recommend you install the Chipolo app, a free companion app packed with extra features and settings. It works on both iPhones and Android phones, and it allows you to call your phone, take a selfie, change the ringtone of your POP, LOOP, or CARD, and more.

Chipolo LOOP, CARD, and POP work with the Apple Find My app on iPhones or Google’s Find Hub app on Android phones. You can locate your items only with one of these two apps. To customize your settings and get extra features, like Call Your Phone, download the Chipolo companion app.

To use your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD on an Android phone, your device must be running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.

To use your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD on an iPhone, your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.

No. Chipolo LOOP, POP, and CARD work with one network at a time – either Apple Find My or Find Hub. But don't worry! There are still millions of devices in each network to help you find your items quickly.

To switch between networks, you can reset the tracker by removing it from the current app (and the Chipolo app, too) and then reconnect it on another device. An extra bonus – LOOP, POP, and CARD make a great gift, because you don't have to worry about which device the person you're gifting is using.

Using both networks simultaneously isn’t possible due to Apple and Google policies and inherent incompatibility between Apple Find My and Find Hub.

The Chipolo app is a free companion app that offers additional finding features for your Chipolo LOOP, POP, and CARD. It functions as a settings app – while the Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub apps help you find your things, the Chipolo app unlocks a new level of finding features, such as:

Call your misplaced phone: To make your phone ring when it’s hiding nearby, simply double-press your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD.
Change the ringtone: Choose from a few different ringtones to make it easier to recognize your Chipolo’s call.
Selfie button: Double-press your Chipolo LOOP, POP, or CARD to use it as a remote shutter button for your phone's camera.
Out of range alerts for Android devices: Get a reminder you left something behind. *iPhone users can use this feature directly in the Find My app.
