If you are not satisfied with your Chipolos you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned in good condition. If all these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
Chipolo reserves the right to decline a refund for orders that are returned past the 30-day return period and are not subject to our 2-year warranty.
Chipolo does not cover any return shipping fees.

Yes. Regular Chipolo ONE and CARD item finders work both ways, so they will be able to use their Chipolo Bluetooth tracker to make their misplaced phone ring when it’s hiding nearby.
Regular Chipolos that work with the App de Chipolo work both on iTeléfonos and Android phones. They are best suited for finding misplaced things that you forget nearby, for example around the house, at the office or in your car. These are available in 6 different colors.
Chipolo Point finders work exclusively with Google’s Find My Device app and can only be used with Android phones. They are best suited for finding lost things or tracking them over larger distances. Chipolo Point finders are available in one color – Off Blanco.
Regular Chipolos that work with the App de Chipolo work both on iTeléfonos and Android phones. They are best suited for finding misplaced things that you forget nearby, for example around the house, at the office or in your car. These are available in 6 different colors.
Chipolo Spot finders work exclusively with the Apple Find My app and can only be used with iTeléfonos. They are best suited for finding lost things or tracking them over larger distances. Chipolo Spot finders are only available in one color – Almost Negro.
