I used to think gadgets and apps and phone upgrades are something that doesn’t really concern me. Then my son told me I should stop living like a cavewoman.
Slowly but surely, he dragged his father and me into the 21st century and got us interested in gadgets he brought home and tested on us. Apparently, we’re a sure-proof way to show if something’s really simple to use.
The last one he had us test or to be more accurate, he tested on us was the Chipolo. I loved it right away, if for no other reason that I liked the colors. He got us a pink, green and yellow one and I loved the idea of having one on each set of keys.
The use is pretty straightforward, and I admit it was a good idea he got us some, so we don’t have to look for the keys around the house anymore, we just ring them instead.
What else could I use Chipolo for?
But then it got me thinking because we have a tabby and I always wondered where she goes during the day if I could put the Chipolo on her as well. You know, then I can use the community search to see where she is found when she’s not around. So, I did it and it turns out she doesn’t go very far. I always thought she was out there exploring the world, but apparently, she just lounges around in our garage most of the day.
I even made it ring once when she was napping, and I swear she jumped 10 feet high! I thought it was hilarious, but Trev said it was animal cruelty and made me promise I wouldn’t do it again.
It’s funny how much fun a little token can bring!
